Before starting to speak on the proposed topic, let me say a few words about the book "THE PROPHETS AND OUR TIMES" by Rev. R. Gerald Culleton.
Despite the fact that at the beginning of this book we see the name of the censor and the bishop, it is a prohibited book.
According to the Encyclical "PASCENDI DOMINICI GREGIS" of His Holiness, PIUS X, Imprimatur "may be merely simulated, or may have been granted through carelessness."
"Should a Bishop, therefore, after having taken the advice of prudent persons, deem it right to condemn any of such books in his diocese, We give him ample faculty for the purpose, and We lay upon him the obligation of doing so."
The case of this book looks as if it was published by people of non-Christian faith. This version may be acceptable because the book contains the names of the censor and the bishop only to avoid suspicion and give the appearance of the fulfillment of the requirements of the Ecclesiastical Law on Books.
It looks very implausible that the Catholic Censor could give a positive conclusion for a book with non-Catholic content. The pastoral conscience would not allow him to deceive the bishop and the readers. You can deceive the bishop and readers. But God cannot be deceived.
On the other hand the copyright to publish was claimed to the author himself, because probably after reading of the content, a Catholic publisher could refuse to publish this book.
This book is prohibited by Common Law of the Church, since it contains quotations from apocryphal books, both Jewish and those attributed to the authorship of Christian writers which have been rejected by the Church.
Moreover, this book contains quotes from the Talmud, Pagan oracles, Fortune tellers, and Astrologers.
What should we know about the above mentioned things? They are a part of the occult-apocryphal world, and therefore have nothing with the Catholic Faith.
I hope you understand that the predictions by the Talmud and by the Pagan oracles are forbidden and unacceptable by Christians, and I can save your time in this place.
For those who have forgotten or do not know, I will say a few words about the Apocrypha, Astrology and Fortune telling.
APOCRYPHA (From Greek - hidden). The early Fathers used the term "apocryphal" to denote the forged books of heretics, who vaunted the "apocryphal" or "hidden wisdom" of these writings.
Pope Gelasius, in a decree of 494, uses the term apocryphal in a very wide manner, (1) of heretical forgeries; (2) of books like the "Shepherd of Hermas," revered by the ancients, but not a part of Scripture; (3) of works by early Christian writers (Arnobius, Cassian, &c.) who had erred on some points of doctrine.
The name is also reserved by Catholics for books, laying claim to an origin which might entitle them to a place in the canon, or which have been supposed to be Scripture, but which have been finally rejected by the Church.
Astrology was forbidden to the early Christians. A law of the emperor Honorius condemned astrologers to banishment. Honorius, like his father Theodosius I, was a staunch supporter of Nicene Christianity. He signed a number of laws, letters and decrees regulating church life in the western part of the Roman Empire. In 404, he sent a letter to his brother Arkady with a sharp condemnation of the persecution of St. John Chrysostom.
The astrology was condemned in 1586 by Bull of Pope Sixtus V "Coeli et Terrae".
Astrology is one of the varieties of the fortune-telling.
Fortune-telling or soothsaying is the attempt to discover hidden or future events by means of things that are not in themselves calculated to reveal them. Fortune-telling is a grave sin against the First Commandment.

A brief information about the above named "prophets":
Michel de Nostradame, better known by his pseudonym, Nostradamus. When the French king, Louis XII ordered all Jews to be baptized, Nostradamus' family complied, but continued to secretly follow their religious tradition. A master astrologer, Nostradamus was sought out by wealthy citizens to prepare their horoscopes. He travelled widely, practicing medical arts by day while at night participating in an underground network of alchemists and Kabbalists.
Merlin is a legendary figure known as an enchanter or wizard featured in Arthurian legend and medieval Welsh poetry.
Mother Shipton (Ursula Southeil, 1488–1561) an English soothsayer or fortune teller. Fortune telling is the practice of predicting information about a person's life. Many fortune tellers used her effigy and statue, presumably for purposes of association marketing. Many pubs were named after her.
Telesphorus of Cosenza was a name assumed by one of the pseudo-prophets during the time of the Western Schism.
The Sibylline Oracles are a collection of oracular utterances written in Greek hexameters ascribed to the Sibyls, prophetesses who uttered divine revelations in a frenzied state. Fourteen books and eight fragments of Sibylline Oracles survive, in an edition of the 6th or 7th century AD. They are not to be confused with the original Sibylline Books of the ancient Etruscans and Romans which were burned by order of Roman general Flavius Stilicho in the 4th century AD. Instead, the text is an "odd pastiche" of Hellenistic and Roman mythology interspersed with Jewish, Gnostic and early Christian legend.
The presence in this book of a passage from the so-called prophecy about "3 days of darkness" does not make this book good and allowed for reading by Catholics.
The book "THE PROPHETS AND OUR TIMES" by Rev. R. Gerald Culleton is of the same spirit as "MARIE-JULIE JAHENNY, THE BRETON STIGMATIST" by Marquis de la Franquerie and "Les Propheties de La Fraudais" by Roberdel Abbé Pierre, which are prohibited by Ecclessiastical Law on Books because of propagation of Apostasy, Heresy and Superstitions.
In fact, through these books, the "religion" of the Vatican II is preached, that is, the unity of all "religions", when Christianity is placed on the same level with astrology, magic, witchcraft, fortune telling, the Talmud, etc.
The most unusual innovation in this long-standing story is that this apocryphal mix is prescribed for use on behalf of the “hidden pope”.
These books are prohibited for Catholics, because little by little they turn readers into followers of the Novus Ordo “religion” of Vatican II. And this is not a joke.
Here are a couple of binding commands by Pope St. Pius X.
Q. May the Bishops condemn, and ought they even at times to condemn, works that have an Imprimatur?
A. 'Nor are you to be deterred by the fact that a book has obtained elsewhere the permission which is commonly called the Imprimatur, both because this may be merely simulated, and because it may have been granted through carelessness or too much indulgence or excessive trust placed in the author, which last has, perhaps, sometimes happened in the religious Orders.
Besides, just as the same food does not agree with every one, it may happen that a book, harmless in one place, may, on account of the different circumstances, be hurtful in another.
Should a Bishop, therefore, after having taken the advice of prudent persons, deem it right to condemn any of such books in his diocese, We give him ample faculty for the purpose, and We lay upon him the obligation of doing so.
Let all this be done in a fitting manner, and in certain cases it will suffice to restrict the prohibition to the clergy.'
Q. When the prohibition is restricted to the clergy, may Catholic booksellers continue to sell the book that has been forbidden?
A. 'In all cases it will be obligatory on Catholic booksellers not to put on sale books condemned by the Bishop.'

In such case why doesn’t the “hierarchy” in unity with the “hidden pope” obey the orders by Pope St. Pius X?
Only one answer can be given - the “hierarchy” is non-Catholic and is of one “creed” with the preachers of heresies.
Why does the “hidden pope” himself ignore the unequivocal will of St. Pius X? Why does he allow the propagation of the non-Christian doctrine of the "man-savior" instead of Christ? Why does he allow the propagation of astrology, magic, witchcraft, fortune telling, the Talmud? And all this has been preached online non-stop day and night for fourteen years since 2005.
To answer this question, let us recall that the Pope is the Vicar of Jesus Christ, who has the vocation and obligation to feed lambs and sheep of Christ (St. Jonh 21:15-17). And as Jesus Christ himself is the Good Shepherd, Who "giveth his life for his sheep" (St. John 10:11-15), so His Vicar should be a good shepherd who "giveth his life for his sheep" as well.
The Good Shepherd feeds his sheep with good food, and he cannot, instead of good food, slip poisoned food into his sheep.
Also, the vocation and duty of the Vicar of Christ is to be the visible head of the Church of Christ as a mark of unity of the Church. The good shepherd doesn’t have even the slightest right to hide himself from his sheep for almost thirty years in a row, leaving them to the wolves.
But if the one, who is called the “pope in exile”, feeds his sheep with poisoned food through individual proxies, hides from his sheep for thirty years in a row, leaving them to be eaten by the wolves, he, then, cannot be neither a good shepherd nor a visible head of the Church.
"But the hireling and he that is not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming and leaveth the sheep, and fiieth: and the wolf catcheth, and scattereth the sheep: And the hireling flieth, because he is a hireling; and he hath no care for the sheep." (St. John 10:12-13)
You cannot stop him, because he does not want to lay down his life for the sheep. His “vocation” is to save his own life at the cost of the lives of the sheep. Actually the "hidden pope" had betrayed his sheep, and not vice versa. I am sorry, but it is a fact.
Deo Gratias, we have the Good Shepherd, Who lays down His life for his sheep, Who never leaves us, Who is always with us "all days, even to the consummation of the world." (St. Matthew 28:20)
And, therefore, those who force you to accept false religion of the "man-savior" instead of Christ; astrology, magic, witchcraft, fortune telling, the Talmud instead of pure Catholic Doctrine, cannot separate you from our Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ and from His Love.
Let us look at the Papal Bull CUM EX APOSTOLATUS OFFICIO promulgated on February 15, 1559 by POPE PAUL IV. This Bull is still the Pontifical Document of binding force. Its Legislator, Pope Paul IV and his successors never revoked this Bull. The Code of Canon Law of 1917 did not abrogate CUM EX APOSTOLATUS OFFICIO explicitly, and the new law is not contrary to the old law, and it does not regulate anew the entire subject matter of the old law (Can. 22). Particularly Pope Paul IV says that the Bull applies to the putative acceptation by heretics of any offices, after they have been promoted to be bishops and even after their putative enthronement as Roman Pontiff. Article VI says that promotion or elevation of the heretical bishops even if it has been uncontested and promoted by the unanimous assent of all the Cardinals, shall be null, void and worthless.
If the conclave was valid, this Papal law could be applied to the "hidden pope." But it was a false conclave.
Even before the “conclave”, the candidate had a heretical intention not to fulfill the duties of the Vicar of Christ, i.e. to feed the sheep, lay down his life for the sheep and be a visible head of the Church. This intention is the essential requirement for accepting the office of the Vicar of Christ.
The intention of the candidate was completely opposite. His intention was: not to feed the sheep, not to lay down his life for them, and not to be visible head of the Church.
And he expressed it explicitly. Immediately after the "conclave" he sent himself into "exile," refused to feed the sheep, to be a Visible Head of the Church, and he handed the sheep to the wolves. Then he began preach the heresy of the "great monarch-savior," “the reign of the divine race" over the world, the predictions of the Talmud, astrologers, fortune-tellers, etc., online through proxies. And he has been doing such a "ministry" for almost thirty years. In fact, he is doing the same “work” as all the “popes” of the Vatican II.
And when they tell, that any Sacrament is invalid or unlawful, if it is administered or received not in unity with the "hidden pope", you need to know that Catholics are not obliged to obey neither to the "hidden pope" "who leaveth the sheep, and flieth" nor to laymen who don’t have any authority in the Catholic Church since they don't belong to the teaching body.
“Hidden pope” lost all offices because of public defection from the Catholic faith - A fide catholica publice defecerit (Can. 188.4). For public online preaching of the above mentioned apostasy and heresy he incurred the censure LATAE SENTENTIAE excommunication ipso facto. (Can. 2314). So, he doesn’t have any authority in the Catholic Church.
Let us see, what the difference between Christ and His Vicar is.
Christ is the Eternal Immortal God, and His Vicar is a mortal man (the human soul is immortal).
Does the Church die when the Vicar of Christ dies?
No, the Church never dies, because it is the Body of the living Christ God. Therefore, when the Vicar of Christ dies, the Church lives.
There are have been cases in the history of the Catholic Church of the prolonged vacancy of the Holy See.
"ST. MARCELLINUS A. D. 296. was created pontiff on the 3d of May, A. D. 296. Everything leads to the belief, after Tillemont, that Marcellinus received the crown of martyrdom. He was interred in the cemetery of Priscilla, on the Salarian Way, near the Salarian bridge. According to Novaes, the Holy See was vacant only six months and twenty four days; but, according to the Diario, the vacancy lasted nearly four years."
"ST. MARK - A. D. 336. He governed the Church eight or nine months. He died on the 7th of October, 336. The Holy See was vacant during a few months."

At times of the vacancy of the Holy See the bishops still validly and lawfully confirmed faithful, ordained priests, and priests baptized people, heard confessions, said Holy Masses and distributed Holy Communion to the faithful, assisted at the marriages etc.
Bishops and priests validly and lawfully administered the Sacraments in accordance with Divine Law of the New Testament: "Do this for a commemoration of me" (St. Luke 22:19) and "Going therefore teach ye all nations: baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, teaching them to observe all things whatsoever l have commanded you: and behold I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world." (St. Matthew 28:19-20)
The only difference was the lack of prayer for the reigning Pontiff in the canon of the Mass. But the Church did not refuse the institute of the Papacy itself established by Christ, and the Church did pray constantly for the election of a new Pope.
If someone claims that during the long periods of the vacancy of the Holy See, bishops and priests did not say the Holy Masses and did not administer the Sacraments validly and lawfully, such a person would then deny the historical facts.
If someone agrees with the opinion that there cannot be a long period of vacancy of the Holy See, such a person rejects the historical facts as well.
If you follow the logic of such people, then you must say that the gates of hell prevailed against the Church of Christ, and Christ had to come down from Heaven to build a new Church, every single time after the death of each Pope. But such logic contradicts Christ’s promise and is nothing but complete absurd.
It is interesting to note that the proponents of the theory of the self-exiled "hidden pope" (1991-2019) argue that the vacancy of their "Holy See" lasted from May 2, 1989 till May 3, 1991, or 2 years.
If to use their argument, which they apply only to their opponents, at that time (the vacancy of their "holy see") the “hidden hierarchy” said Masses and administered all Sacraments unlawfully, because they acted without jurisdiction.
But they say that their "hierarchy" acted validly and lawfully during the vacancy of their "holy see".
In such case, by what right do they slander bishops and priests who do not recognize “hidden pope”, who has been hiding from the whole world and from the Church for thirty years?
Also it must be said that "hidden pope" did not provide the faithful with any documentary evidence of his episcopal Consecration. And this means that the Sacraments depending on the validity of the episcopal Consecration, namely, Holy Orders and Confirmation, may be invalid.
In a word, the thesis of the “hidden pope” is a myth invented by people who themselves act unlawfully and often invalidly, and are outside of the Catholic Church. The “hidden pope” is one of many antipopes. We have all the reasons, based both on the Divine Law and the Church Law, to call this thesis a myth.
Now let us see how during the vacancy of the Holy See, the Sacraments are administered lawfully and validly.
During the vacancy of the Holy See, the Church celebrates the Holy Masses and administers all the Sacraments in accordance with the following principles:
“Impossibility. Physical impossibility excuses from the observance of any and every law”.
"Divine laws oblige more strictly than human laws".
"In a conflict of obligations the higher one takes precedence.
Duties conflict when two laws apparently oblige simultaneously and only one can be observed.
As matter of fact only the more important one actually obliges.
Thus, the natural law takes precedence over the positive law.
Among the laws of nature a law that prohibits precedes a law that commands.
Divine positive law takes precedence over human legislation.”

*Several is a word that shows size or number when you can't be specific or when you want to summarize.
Yes, it is true that according to Canon Law, a priest must receive jurisdiction from a bishop, and a bishop from the Pope. But during the vacancy of the Holy See, priests and bishops cannot observe this law physically.
The grave obligation of doing Penance is still binding even during vacancy of the Holy See.
In this case, for the common good and public security as well as for the tranquility of conscience, Church supplies the necessary jurisdiction, and the priest can lawfully hear confessions and validly absolve. (C. 209)
There is no in the Law such excuse as “the vacancy of the Holy See” or “lack of jurisdiction” on the part of the priest, which would excuse from not hearing Mass on Sundays and Holydays.
In a word, “in a conflict of obligations the higher one takes precedence”, and “Divine positive Law takes precedence over human legislation.”
The Supreme Legislator has given priests the power of the Holy Order and the commandment "Do this for a commemoration of me", and thus the priests, possessing the power of the Holy Order, are obliged to do THIS for a commemoration of HIM, all the days.
When the Pope will be elected, then the power of the jurisdiction will be added to the power of the Holy Order.
However, the power of the Holy Order is higher than the power of jurisdiction, because the power of the Holy Order is given by God, but the power of jurisdiction is from man, and not vice versa.
The Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom: the priest says silently the prayer of the Cherubimic hymn:
"O King of glory, no one subject to passions and pleasures of the flesh is worthily to come or to approach, or to serve Thee, for to serve Thee is great and awe-inspiring even to the heavenly Powers.
Nevertheless, because of Thy ineffable and boundless love for mankind Thou didst become Man without change or alteration, and Thou didst become our High Priest, and, as Master of all, Thou hast given us the priestly power to offer this liturgical and unbloody Sacrifice.
Therefore I entreat Thee, Who alone art good and ready to hear me: look down upon me, Thy sinful and useless servant, and cleanse my soul and heart from an evil conscience, and by the power of Thy Holy Spirit help me, who am endowed with the grace of the priesthood, to stand before Thy holy altar and consecrate Thy Sacred and Immaculate Body and Precious Blood."
So, in the absence of the lawgiver, i.e., a true Pope, when one cannot readily approach the lawgiver for information, one may reasonably presume that it is the Will of God and the will of the Church, and therefore lawful and even required of the faithful, especially the clergy, to carry on the mission of the Church to save souls.
And let's always keep in mind the Official Doctrine of the Catholic Church about the most important things for us (Baltimore Catechism):
DEATH, JUDGMENT, HEAVEN, PURGATORY, HELL.
A: The Particular Judgment will be held in the place where each person dies, and the soul will go immediately to its rewards or punishment.
A: The judgment which all men have to undergo on the last day is called the General Judgment.
A: The sentence given at the Particular Judgment will not be changed at the General Judgment, but it will be repeated and made public to all.
